The major car hire companies (Avis, Budget,
and Hertz) are present in the major cities
in Saudi Arabia. In additon, there is a
number of local car hire companies (Key,
Hanco, Shary) but many of the local
companies require a Saudi driving license
and Iqama before they will hire you a car.
In additon, local companies do not offer
unlimited mileage. If you do not like to
drive, some companies, such as Hanco,
offer chaffeur driven cars on an hourly
basis - many hotels offer this service too.

Please note that by law women are not
allowed to drive a car in Saudi Arabia.
